Barbaresco DOCG Rio Sordo

Important red wine made with Nebbiolo grapes, aged in oak barrels for two years, it still needs at least one year of ageing in the bottle. It is an ideal match for red or white meat and seasoned cheeses.

 

Barbera d'Alba DOC Rio Sordo

Red wine made with Barbera grapes farmed in calcareous soil, it needs at least one year ageing in wooden barrels and six months ageing in bottles. Ideal match for salami and cold cuts, first courses, red or white meats, cheeses of medium ageing.

La Beatrice

Red wine made with Barbera grapes farmed in clayey soils, it requires one year ageing in barrels and at least six months ageing in bottle. It goes well with fish, red and white meats, cheeses of medium ageing.

 

Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Rio Sordo

Red wine made with Dolcetto grapes, it doesn’t need ageing and is best when quite young. It goes well with simple dishes, vegetables, fish, red and white meats, fresh cheeses.
